How do I know who my co-investors are?

While we ensure that our client’s privacy is protected, we vet every one of our investors just as well as we vet our properties. We run a credit-check and ID verification, and ensure we have the appropriate background information to ensure that you have a great relationship with us and the other co-owners.

Who owns the furniture?

You do! Just like the vacation home, you own a share of the furniture, fittings and everything in the home.

Can I leave my personal belongings in the dream vacation I own?

Absolutely, it is your home after all. We will provide you with a dedicated, secure space to leave whatever belongings you want.

What happens if one of the co-owners defaults?

Luxuro has you covered. We will take on the payment of monthly operating expenses if one of the owners misses a payment. If the defaulter is not able to fulfil their obligations within the time frame, Luxuro will take over that owner’s share. You are not affected in any way at all.
